Wisper’s updated Online Bill Pay is here! More user-friendly, more features, and a better experience for you! There is no fee to use our Online Bill Pay and payments can be made anytime from anywhere.
- To set up access to Wisper’s New Customer Portal:
- Choose the “Reset Password” option on the Log In page
- “Reset Customer Password” by entering your email or Customer ID associated with your account and hit the “Send Request” button
- You will be prompted to enter a Verification Code that has been emailed to you
- Enter your Verification Code and hit the “Confirm” button
- You will receive an email notification of password reset
- You will be prompted to change your password
- You will be redirected to the Customer Log In
