Who Qualifies

- Discount begins after AutoPay enrollment is active
- Discount applies only while AutoPay remains enabled
- If AutoPay is removed or a payment fails, the discount will be removed
- One AutoPay discount per account
- May be combined with select other discounts

Qualifying Criteria
- Customers who meet federal Lifeline eligibility requirements through income guidelines or participation in approved assistance programs.
- Eligibility must be verified through the National Verifier (USAC)
- Required documentation must be provided and approved before discount is applied
- Benefit is limited to one per household (not per person)
- Lifeline is non-transferable
- Customer must recertify eligibility as required by the program
- Subject to all federal Lifeline program rules and regulations
6. Tribal Lifeline Discount
Qualifying Criteria
- Customers who both meet the Lifeline income or program eligibility requirements and live on qualifying Tribal lands as defined by federal guidelines
- Eligibility must be verified through the National Verifier (USAC)
- Proof of Tribal land residency may be required
- Benefit is limited to one per household
- Customer must complete required recertifications
- Applies only to qualifying service plans
- Subject to all federal Lifeline and Tribal Lifeline program rules and regulations
- Cannot be transferred to another person or address
