Wisper Internet referral program Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to your participation in the Wisper Internet For Life Referral program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and consent to these terms.
Wisper Internet reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time for any reason, within its sole and exclusive discretion, without prior notice or communication.
Who Can Participate?
You must be a resident of the United States. Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. The Referrer must be an existing Wisper Internet customer.
What is a Qualified Referral?
Subject to the sole discretion of Wisper Internet a Referrer may earn a one time (1x) credit on their bill for the price of their current internet package (up to $100 maximum, or a maximum of the price of their current internet package, whichever is lower) for each qualified referral on their account up to four referrals and for every five qualified referrals they will receive a recurring credit on their bill for the price of their current internet package (up to $100 maximum, or a maximum of the price of their current internet package, whichever is lower) in perpetuity, until such time as the referring customer drops below five (5) existing referred friends.
- The person referred (“Friend”) must be a new Wisper Internet customer who has never opened an account with Wisper Internet.
- A friend is considered a qualified referral if they have a successful installation with Wisper Internet and remain an existing customer with an Internet package
- Credits are paid on the following month’s bill
- If multiple referrals are confirmed in a single month, those credits will be spread out one subsequent month at a time
- The referring customer must maintain five (5) or more referrals to continue to receive the monthly internet package discount. If they drop below 5 active referrals, the credit will be removed. If 5 referrals are regained, the credit will be added back the following month.
Other program specifics
- Only internet packages qualify for this program, no other ancillary services will qualify
- Credits are only for internet package costs, no other fees, equipment etc… will be credited
No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation
Wisper Internet reserves the right to void referrals, discounts, and rewards earned if we suspect that they were obtained in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Wisper Internet. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, illegal, or fraudulent manner.
We will send you emails about the Program
By participating in this Program, you consent to receive email communications from Wisper Internet regarding your participation in the Program. You may receive emails about this Program, including each time one of your Friends joins and/or when that transaction is confirmed by Wisper Internet.
You release us from liability
By participating in the Program either as a Referrer or Friend, you hereby agree that Wisper Internet will have no liability whatsoever, and that you will indemnify and hold Wisper Internet and any subsidiary companies harmless, for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you, your property, or any other person or entity or their property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim made by a third party related to the Program without the prior written consent of Wisper Internet. Further, you agree that Wisper Internet is not liable or responsible regarding any faulty referral links, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication, technical or mechanical malfunctions, errors in these terms or in any Program-related materials, human-processing error, failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.
Program Changes or Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof) at any time, without notice or communication to Program participants. Modification or termination of the Program may lead to the forfeiture of discounts or rewards earned through the Program. We will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program. We reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any individual at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with or consent to these guidelines or Wisper Internet’s Terms and Conditions of Service.
Privacy
By participating in this Program, you will submit personal information about yourself and your Friends, such as names and e-mail addresses. All information collected in the Program will be subject to the Wisper Internet Privacy Policy.
