1. WISPER ISP, INC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, assigns and those acting within WISPER ISP, INC.’s authority ( “Licensed Parties”) may use, re-use, publish, republish, display, perform, distribute, broadcast and copyright, my image, video and photographic portraits or pictures of me ("Images”) as well as any biographical information I provide for WISPER ISP, INC., in whole or in part, or composite or distorted character or form, without restriction as to changes or altercations, and/ or in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, through any medium, including, but not limited to, WISPER ISP, INC. corporate communications and for the advertising and promotion of WISPER ISP, INC.’s brand, products and services throughout the world in perpetuity.
2. I agree that all Images become property of the Licensed Parties and the Licensed Parties may copyright material containing my Images.
3. I agree that the Images do not have to be submitted to me for approval prior their display on the Internet.
4. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless the Licensed Parties from any liability, including, without limitation, any claims for libel or invasion of publicity/privacy, by virtue of any use of the Image(s).
5. I warrant and represent that this license does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part. Nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the Licensed Parties to make any use of the rights set forth herein.
