Bringing Fiber Internet to Your Neighborhood

We’re ready to begin construction – but first, we need enough signed easement agreements from property owners.

Why Did I Receive an Easement Agreement?

To install fiber throughout a privately owned neighborhood, we need permission to access existing utility easements on private property. This allows construction crews to install fiber where utilities already exist.

Signing the Agreement Does Not:

  • Transfer ownership of your property
  • Give Wisper ownership of your land
  • Change your property lines
  • Prevent you from selling your home

It Does:

  • Allow us to install fiber within the existing utility easement
  • Move you one step closer toward fiber internet access
  • Benefit the entire neighborhood

What Should I Do?

1. Review the Easement Agreement

  • The document was mailed to your home (and emailed if we had your email address).

2. Sign It

  • If you have questions before signing, we’re happy to help.

3. Return It

  • Return it using the enclosed instructions as soon as possible so we can keep the project moving.
