After a series of widespread severe and tornadic storms rolled through several areas of Missouri and Illinois over the weekend, Wisper Internet crews are assessing damage and moving resources to restore service to any of our customers who may have been affected.
Crews in the field have determined many of the repairs need to be done on the towers themselves and due to the frequency of the storms and high winds, it has been too dangerous for technicians to climb the towers.
Further damage to the Wisper infrastructure may be discovered during the daylight hours Monday, but rest assured our team of tower techs and engineers will be working as quickly as possible to get service restored.
