Customer Account PIN Code FAQs
1. What is a PIN Code?
A PIN code is a unique four-digit numeric code used for various authentication and verification processes to ensure your account is secure.
2. Do I have to have a PIN code?
Yes, PIN codes are required for making guest payments, validating your identity through the phone system and online chat, and links your activity to your Customer Portal.
3. How do I find or create my PIN code?
If you have not created your own PIN code, one is automatically populated in your account. To view or change your PIN at any time, log into your Customer Portal and go to the “Finances” section. Your PIN can also be found on your invoice or by calling our support team at 800-765-7772.

Customer Portal Account Access:
- Click the Customer Portal Login button above to begin creating your account.
- Select Reset Password.
- On the Reset Customer Password page, enter your email or Customer ID associated with your account and click Send Request.
- You will be prompted to enter a verification code, which will be sent via email.
- Enter the code from your email into field on the web page, and click Confirm.
- Once, your account is verified, a password reset notification will be sent to your email address.
- You will be prompted to change your password. Once your new password is set, you will be redirected to the Customer Portal login page to access your account!
