Why are you raising your rates?

The last several years have seen substantial inflation across the country. Everything costs more, and that includes the costs to deliver and maintain the Wisper network. We have avoided this change as long as possible, but we are no longer able to wait out increasing costs.

Wisper’s mission is to “Create Opportunities that Make a Difference by Providing Internet with a Human Touch.” We believe that one of the reasons our customers choose Wisper is because of our local field technicians and US-based technical support, who actually live in the communities that we serve. We are committed to using our funds wisely to create a stable service where we can provide reliable internet with a Human Touch for our customers.

If my rate is going up, why are you also adding an equipment fee?

The equipment fee is a monthly $7.00 charge for all customers. It covers one outdoor radio and up to one indoor router, in addition to all maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upgrades to the indoor and outdoor equipment.
