An Update from the Wisper Family

Dear Valued Customer,

The best-laid plans… Earlier this month, we communicated various steps and changes to expect while Easy Net assimilates into the Wisper family. After careful consideration, it became apparent the timing and mechanics of this transition served the company’s interests far more than they served your interests as our customer. As such, many of the changes we outlined in our prior communication will be paused until such time that the transition can be accomplished without causing undue duress on all customers affected.

What to Expect

  • Support: The same friendly team you know from Easy Net has joined Wisper and will remain your local Wisper team at the Smithton, MO office. They will continue to provide your general customer support and can be reached at 1-660-343-5239, Monday – Friday, from 9 am-5 pm.
  • Packages/Speeds: You will remain on the same package (speed and pricing) as you are currently on with Easy Net.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Your billing preference and payment methods remain the same. Nothing has changed except the company name on the invoice. Our teams will be working diligently over the next several months to re-orchestrate a transition that is entirely painless and can add value to your service. We appreciate your patience and your continued business.
